I am a LGBTQIA+ Black artist and creative guide with access to many forms of healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in New York, Registered Drama Therapist (RDT), Certified Somatic Healing Life Coach and Certified Forgiveness Life Coach through Transformation Academy.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts Performance & Psychology from State University of NY at New Paltz and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Drama Therapy from Lesley University. I am a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

I am a supervisor, coach, wellness practitioner, clinical and treatment planning consultant, group facilitator and more. I am an effervescent and empathic person and truly will see you. I collaborate with you to meet your needs and work to realign your soul to gain a sense of peace.

I use a Trauma-Informed approach to treat individuals & groups and have experience in Expressive Therapies, Somatic Healing, Forgiveness Therapy, Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Substance Use Prevention and Treatment, Sober Living, and working with Court-Involved youth and families. I believe in utilizing my own creativity to enhance others’ creativity in the therapeutic process. I ensure that individuals & groups feel safe, seen and heard throughout the therapeutic process. I am passionate about improving accessibility to quality mental health care.
